Affix was launched in Atlanta, GA by Simon Horrocks and Michael Weeman in 2010. Their vision for the company evolved from a shared appreciation of independent music, working relationships with successful producers and recording artists and deep experience in artist management and music publishing. They made it their mission to make licensing easier and more profitable for everyone involved.

While Affix was initially focused on solving specific creative and legal issues licensing urban music, the company has evolved and now represents independent music in many styles and genres.

Affix is committed to providing opportunities for music creators to increase their income and gain exposure without sacrificing rights ownership or independence.

In 2015 the business relocated to Los Angeles to better serve our clients and music providers needs.

Affix Music places music with some of the biggest companies in the world, including ABC Disney, HBO, Netflix, FX, NBCUniversal, FCB, Leo Burnett, IHeartmedia and the Publicis Groupe.
