Pepsi-Cola International has teamed up with Grammy nominees and Atlanta residents Akon and Keri Hilson to create “Oh Africa”, an African-inspired track featuring The Soweto Choir. The track will serve as Pepsi’s soundtrack for its 2010 football campaign, as well as benefit underprivileged African youth through donation of a portion of the sale proceeds. Akon’s Konfidence Foundation, along with charities designated by Pepsi and Hilson, are tasked with distributing the funds.
